Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for All purchases. Pickups are available Monday to Friday, from 8AM to 5PM. When picking up your order, you must arrive with email confirmation of your order details either printed or on your phone.
Free Shipping
We offer free Standard shipping on orders over TZS 1,000,000/= within Dar es Salaam.
Shipping Tiers
Shipping fees are estimated according to delivery locations with three tiers currently:
- Within Dar es Salaam = TZS 10,000/=
- Near Regions in Tanzania = TZS 10,000/=
- Far Regions in Tanzania = TZS 15,000/=
- Kenya = TZS 20,000/=
- Uganda = TZS 25,000/=
Total package weight of the order is also added onto the shipping fees according to the following breakdown:
- Under 3kg (No additional cost)
- 3-6kg (+ TZS 5,000/=)
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not currently ship to locations outside of East Africa. However, we will be doing so in the near future!
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders only ship on business days between Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
